Prior to joining PLG, Aditya was the managing partner of Pierce Law Group LLP, a premiere boutique entertainment law firm since 1996, founded by David Albert Pierce, Esq. Before becoming an attorney and advocate for artists and creators, Aditya worked as a creative professional in the entertainment industry.
Aditya is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of SoCal, as well as the LA County Bar and the American Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Troy Historical Society, which oversees the historic village of Troy, Michigan. He has negotiated multimillion-dollar film financing deals and has lectured on the subject at USC.
Aditya is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he completed a concentration in Intellectual Property and participated in the school’s Entrepreneurship Clinic while also serving as president of the Nebraska Entertainment and Sports Law Association, event coordinator for the Multicultural Legal Society (MCLS), and board member for the school’s Client Counseling Competition Board. Additionally, Aditya was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Principles of Regulation and was chosen by his peers as Mr. Congeniality of the Class of 2015. Aditya graduated from the University of Michigan with bachelor’s degrees in Film and Video Studies and Biology. Prior to becoming an attorney, Aditya worked in independent feature film development, finance, and production. Aditya is a Member of the State Bar of California (admitted in 2020) and the State Bar of Michigan (admitted in 2015).
